一、个人情况介绍

博士,研究员(四级),博士生导师。2020年入选云南省“兴滇英才计划”人才项目,云南省干细胞学会理事。以通讯作者或第一作者在Development、Developmental Biology、Human Molecular Genetics、Diabetes、Endocrinology等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文29篇,总引用率达1000余次。

四、研究方向

1. 生殖泌尿器官发育和先天遗传疾病

生殖泌尿系统是物种繁衍、代谢物排泄和性别决定的重要器官系统,在哺乳动物中包括膀胱、肾脏、子宫、性腺等。我们采用基因编辑小鼠、滇东乳猪和恒河猴等哺乳动物为模式,采用单细胞测序、空间转录组、组化分析技术、遗传学、生物化学及分子生物学,重点研究:1)器官发生的关键转录因子和细胞谱系发生;2)表观遗传因子如何参与器官发生和细胞谱系分化;3)生殖泌尿系统形态演化机制;进而解释生殖泌尿器官发育形成机理,以及相关先天疾病发病机理,寻找疾病诊疗的标志物和靶点。


2. 膀胱尿路上皮干细胞及膀胱癌发生

膀胱癌是泌尿系统发病最高的肿瘤之一,男性发病率为女性3倍以上,其发生与生活习惯、生化致癌物暴露密切相关,如吸烟、高砷化物环境等。我们采用烟草提取物BBN诱发的小鼠膀胱癌模型、人类膀胱上皮癌细胞系和临床膀胱癌样本为模式,利用TCGA数据库、类器官培养、基因编辑小鼠、生化遗传分析、代谢分析和生物信息分析,筛选干细胞干性因子、膀胱癌原癌基因和抑癌基因,重点研究:1)尿路上皮干细胞和损伤修复;2)表观遗传和膀胱癌发生;3)天然小分子衍生物及膀胱癌治疗;4)人工智能膀胱癌病理分析;进而揭示膀胱癌的发病机理,结合云南特色的天然及少数民族化合物库,探索膀胱癌的控制策略,结合人工智能技术加速临床诊断和药物评估。


3. 尿路感染发病机理及治疗

尿路感染是泌尿外科最为常见的疾病,每年感染人数高达1.5亿人,其中约有四分之一的患者面临反复感染的困扰。抗生素是干预尿路感染的最佳手段,但是随着抗生素的反复使用,尿道病原菌耐药成为困扰全球的挑战。我们以尿路感染病原菌、基因编辑小鼠和人膀胱上皮细胞系为模式,运用病原菌菌株筛选、细菌遗传突变、宿主细胞感染反应、人工合成小分子化合物、人工智能辅助等技术,重点研究:1)宿主先天免疫识别病原体的机制和免疫原理;2细菌毒力因素及致病机理;3)病原菌耐药基因及耐药机理;4)结合天然化合物库和人工合成小分子库,筛选有效的抑菌或杀菌剂,进而解析尿路感染的发病机制及防治策略。
